Hi today I had my first OT on Saturday. The lunch was boss's treat, guess there won't be OT pays but only time off. Maybe for half a day? Haha. Anyway today the svc was great, it was a great movie, the climb. Before I watched the movie I read the synopsis, i know there were 2 characters that are very diff. And I thought I was Michael, but after watching I realized I am just like Derrick. Veri reckless and aimless. I think everyone in the auditorium was veri touched by the turning point of Derrick. Nevertheless, ppl like to watch stories, but they don't see the stories happen in their lives. But I hope this was not just a story for me.
I had watched a reality show talking about how the mothers parent their children. One mother always punish and scold the child, and the child is becoming more and more rebelious, the child is only like 4-5 years old. They dun understand why they cannot do certain things, and always get scolding for doing wrong. And the other advisor told her, when the children are angry and showing bad attititide, the parents shld think flashback what are the things that make the child upset, and told him how to express the frustration thru saying that out and let the parents help to solve it. But when they are angry and throwing things or cry is because they dun know how to express their anger. I find that the advice is veri good. A lot of ppl growing up without knowing how to handle anger and how to express their feeling out, that's where violence become a way of expressing their unhappiness. Nome of us are brought up perfectly.
It's really easy to say than done. I hope everyone could have thought a bit more for other ppl.
