HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR.
totay is the first day of the new year. Yesterday i stayed at home the whole day, watching tv. and cook the nian ye fan!!! I cooked them all with little help from my mum and her instructions on how to cook and all that. At first felt veri irritating, veri troublesome to cook, then slowly she asked me to do things one step at a time. That makes me feel better and cooking manageable. I thank God for the time spent with my mum, its different and i enjoyed it!! and i spent the night watching china new year celebration on CCTV 4. Its always a tradition to watch that programme on new year eve. haha. and today morening before i went out, discovery channel is showing Body In Numbers. Its a nice show, i like to watch that. It shows human body is make up of water and carbon and all kinds of elements. Thou some are present in only small amount, but they are essential for the body to function. and the show went on to talk about the organs how often do they renew themselves. haha quite interesting..and after that me and mum went to bugis and found out most of the shops are closed, so we had steamboat at one of the steamboat places. I wore my dress out today, purple colour!! haha and i noticed a lot of ppl wearing purple today. Maybe its im too sensitive to purple, but i see all kinds of purple, light to dark.. veri interesting. lol i bought a lot of snacks at home and i have been eating and eating and eating =.= so i need to exercise and do an intestine clearance after cny. hopefully Mr coffee and Ms yakult will help me =) |
