The day before xmas svc
yeah..tmr is christmas celebration!! Another year has passed. I could still rem last year's celebration at kallang theatre, but this year's more memorial than last. Its the 1st Christmas I spend in Tertiary!!! Praise the Lord for that, as I moved on to a new stage of life. In diff live stages, we all have diff focus. busy over diff kinds of things, and worry about diff kinds of things. I believe we are growing, maturing in our mindset towards the happenings around us.Wanna change ur behaviour? U gonna train ur brain to adopt it, which is practise. If u practise a behaviour long enough, it takes hold and perpetuates itself. It can require a tremendous effort to get a new behaviour going, but once u train ur brain it becomes a habit. For example,if u typically yell when u are angry, u have to learn an alternative reaction. You must practise this new reaction many times before it will replace the urge to yell. So do something other than yelling when u are angry. Each time u secceed, the new pathway is strengthened. Eventually the urge to yell is small. So back to what i was saying, Lord, let me witness something tmr. Letting go of what i had missed, cos I cant afford to lose what im holding now. Tmr all SP gals are wearing dresses!! How exciting! hehe. SEE YA, SPIANS!! |
